Minneapolis, MN recorded 20,693 new listings, up 12.3% compared with the same period last year. Boston, MA also showed growth, with 9,847 new listings, reflecting a 7.4% annual increase. Pittsburgh, PA rounded out the top five, reporting 10,658 new listings, marking a 6.2% year-over-year increase.
