From July to September 2023, among the top 15 metro areas, Austin saw a 9.8% decrease in new property listings, with 14,880 homes listed. In comparison, Phoenix experienced the largest drop of 31.1% in new homes listed over the same period, with only 14,040 single-family homes during the same period.
