RE Market Data Lite

RE Market Data Lite provides national coverage for listing information. You will get 85-fields of listing data standardized to the RESO 1.5 data dictionary. Includes property details, listing date and price, and images and a 5-year history. Access to this data is governed by MLS permissions and may be used for applications as permitted by the MLSs.


MLS Listing Data

The MLS Datasets allow you to explore MLS data and build Apps that can make use of realtime MLS Property Data. Access to this data is governed by MLS permissions and may be used for applications as permitted by the MLSs.


For Sale By Owner

Get details of For Sale By Owner (FSBO) properties within a region.

Assessor Data

Assessor Data provides you details such as property identification & location, property characteristics, tax information, assessed and market values, and ownership information including history. The APIs deliver standardized data across all the counties in the US. This API can optionally combine an AVM (Automated Valuation Model) value for the property.

Assessor data includes both residential and commercial properties – a collection of over 151 Million+ properties.


Deed Data

Property Deed Data API provides the history of property ownership standardized across all counties in the US. The deed data includes ownership type and individual vs. business ownership.


Mortgage Information

The Property Mortgage Data API gives you a detailed information about the mortgage liens on a property – first and second mortgages including loan amounts, interest rate, lien data, loan term, and calculated loan-to-value (LTV) ratio based on an AVM (Automated Valuation Model) value for the property. APIs can optionally include lender information.


Assignments and Releases

Provides information on registered real estate assignment and/or release contracts for a particular property.


Lien Data

Property liens include firs/second mortgages, home equity lines of credit, utility or mechanical liens. This API provides information on current liens on a property. Useful for title companies and lenders during the closing and underwriting processes.

Notice of Default / Lis Pendens

Get details of distressed properties under Notice of Default (NOD) and Lis Pendens (LIS). Properties are categorized here based on a public default notice filed by a lender who holds a lien on the property. These properties are also considered to be in a Pre-Foreclosure stage.


Notice of Foreclosure Sale / Notice of Trustee Sale

Get details of distressed properties under Notice of Foreclosure Sale (NFS) and Notice of Trustee Sale (NTS). Usually properties that do not get sold during the Pre-Foreclosure process will be advertised as NFS or NTS. These properties are usually sold via an auction.


Real Estate Owned Properties

Get details of properties nationwide under Real Estate Owned category. Banks take ownership of properties not sold during the Pre-Foreclosure process or at a public auction. In some cases, the bank may take ownership of the property during the Pre-Foreclosure stage under an agreement with the owner.

Schools, School Districts, and School Attendance

We have a comprehensive set of over 100,000 Public and Private schools in the US. Identify the exact schools that a child would attend based on the address. Integration with GreatSchools for ratings and reviews. Optionally, you can access school and school district level demographics and performance statistics.


Neighborhood Data

We have gathered neighborhood boundaries for over 50,000 neighborhoods across the US. This data set includes various other overlays – real estate market insights, demographics, commute, business mix, employment, education, and lot more. These are available via APIs and ready to use widgets for your website.

While census data is public we make it easily accessible via our APIs that provide key information at different geographic levels – Zip Codes, Neighborhoods, and Cities. Pre-built widgets for this information makes it easy to integrate the information into any real estate website or application.
