Profet Review now integrates with Fannie Mae’s UAD Compliance APIs and applies AI-powered comp scoring, photo validation, and bias detection to UAD 3.6 appraisals
“Appraisers and QC teams have been asking how they’ll maintain the same level of review rigor as the industry transitions to UAD 3.6,” said Hariramprasath Nandagopalan, VP of R&D and Product Manager for Profet Review. “This release means there’s no gap in coverage. Reviewers get the same automated, comprehensive quality control they rely on today, now extended natively to the new form format.”
Key capabilities in this release
Fannie Mae UAD Compliance API integration. Profet Review is now directly integrated with Fannie Mae’s UAD Compliance APIs, ensuring that every applicable UAD 3.6 specification-based rule is automatically run against each appraisal.
AI-driven comp condition and quality scoring. Profet’s computer vision models evaluate the condition and quality of all comparables in a report and alert reviewers when comps are not appropriately bracketed, helping catch bracketing issues before they become findings.
Narrative- and photo-based contextual review. UAD 3.6 introduces expanded narratives and photos across report sections. Profet Review now analyzes this content to perform consistency checks — flagging discrepancies between photos, appraiser commentary, and reported data.
Full-spectrum automated QC. Alongside these new capabilities, Profet Review continues to run its established suite of checks on UAD 3.6 files: UAD compliance validation, comparable scoring, photo validation, language and bias review, and each client’s custom rule sets.
